Vantaggi
Most of your co-workers are more reliable and honest than in other consulting companies. Is improving when it comes to flexible and predictable work hours. Promotes and really believes in inclusion within the company. Working for a well known name like Deloitte means you'll likely land a good job elsewhere afterwards.
Svantaggi
If you don't see making PPMD (Partner, Principal, Managing Director) within your short future, or if you're about to be a Sr. Manager (consistently known within the company as the WORST level to be at within the company) equivalent, it's best just to leave and maybe come back when you can. For a consulting company, it sure feels more like being in a fraternity or sorority, especially when management (notice I didn't say "leadership") looks to hire and promote either family connections or clones of themselves. Future uncertain since it can't decide if it wants to be a services company or a product company run by services consultants who know little about product. Talks a lot about promoting innovation, but if you're innovative or creative you'll likely be continually frustrated and/or unappreciated. Income disparity between those at the top and the average worker is OUTRAGEOUS. So much poor managing going on (think "Did you get the memo about putting covers on your TPS Reports?"), but so little true leadership to be found.
