Vantaggi
- Decent vacation - Okay health insurance - Big clients - Good learning experience - Great location - New facilities - DAN days (extended summer holidays) - Lots of people to share your grievances with, like all going through the same traumatic experience together allows for great bonding... (if you ever find time to talk to anyone) - Lots of room for growth because most people can't bear to stay for longer than 6 months
Svantaggi
- Desk Booking - DESK BOOKING - Barely any storage space - HR doesn't care about team wellbeing - Lots of incompetent people due to desperate hiring practices and poor screenings, especially in management (mostly because anyone who has been in this industry long enough and worth their salt knows to stay clear of this place) - Management is disorganized - No company culture feels very corporate - Despite working beside different people all the time, you almost never socialize with anyone, because everyone is overworked and hates working here - Despite having a reasonable amount of events in the industry. You will be forced to turn them down in order to do work on the regular, cause your reps to give up entirely on inviting you out to anything ever - Management expects you to work overtime all the time and berates you when you don't... - Management break HR protocol all the time with classics such as: "You can't take your full break when we are busy", "Why do you need 3 days bereavement leave, are you going out of town?", "Can't you just visit a walk-in clinic before work rather than working from home to go to your doctors?" - Management provides no attempt at team building, obviously discouraged from the high turn over on the team, but fails to realize that the high turn over is due to there being no team building... - Management refuses to take responsibility for their actions and instead attempts to shift blame onto employees - Management is unappreciative of employees who go above and beyond, causing employees to quickly become demoralized and stop caring/trying - Everyone is pretty much fed up with working there, so you quickly start feeling the same - Nothing is set up when you first start - Very little knowledge of the system due to everyone leaving, preventing proper training
