Currently on a horrible client that demands fast turn-around times. Management doesn't push back and allows rushed or last minute launches with vague or incomplete specs, budgets, creatives. Very burnt out and not learning anything at the moment. Constantly just launching campaigns with no idea how they are performing.
Promised many times that promotions were coming but been hanging on for literal years. Haven't moved up once.
Pay is a bit low. My pay is a result of state laws that require a minimum to be met. Haven't had an actual pay increase that was directly tied to the work i was doing.
