As a result, global branding is ruined. - Ruthless and Secretive Leadership: Ruthless mass layoffs have taken place with more coming on the horizon. Secretly finalized layoff plans during early pandemic in backdoor meetings. Started pulling the rug on employees almost a year later with little to no notice. Will continue layoffs in 2023 and beyond as the economy and core business model changes. Those at all levels of the organization will eventually be replaced (including top leadership) as the workforce moves abroad. Those who are currently employed are secretly being used to help transition themselves to their own demise; unemployment. - No Culture: Unfortunately, there is no culture. - Below Average Pay: The salary is below the industry average. You can get a higher salary at a more reputable and stable company.
