      Strong product with growth potential. Team worked hard to solve problems and grew through some great pivots. Team culture was great, everyone very friendly.

      Leadership team lacked diversity at the top. Could have been a much stronger push for diverse leadership in all teams.

      Probably the owners. Great people, professional and friendly. But personality is just that. Always in the back of your mind that you aren't the top priority.

      At times, well 90 percent of the time. I am confident that I was not being paid correctly. Signed up with expectations of being paid 70% of each drive. Discovering it was 50% of each run several times. And the illegal part was they hold your tips for months if not longer. And never did show you a complete bill so you never will know if you even get the full tip or if they are taking some of that also.
