      All roles are recruitment based, so if you want to change career path, unfortunately there isn't opportunity to do it whilst remaining at ECOM.

      Nobody knows who is in charge or what the company results are. Very little understanding of roles and responsibilities. Generally known for paying poorly. We are all just overheads.
