ECOM has been a home to me for over 7 years and it’s as great now as it was the first day I started. We don’t take ourselves too seriously and the relaxed environment, lack of suits and ties coupled with the awesome people who work here make it more like a family home than the place you spend 8hours a day. We’ve got a wealth of clients and hardly any KPI's and are left to our own devices when we’re doing well and on the rate occasion we’re not, there is always someone to help and guide consultants to the best results. ECOM has a top management team (all been here for 4 years+) and many of the senior consultants joined over 5 years ago. There are no Ego's. Everyone just seems to get on effortlessly. ECOM offers great incentives, I've been to The Monaco GP, Paris, Skiing and we've had trips to Miami, Ibiza and many more. Overall a great place to work, if I didn't think so I probably would have taken one of the many offers that have come my way in the last few years.

Location near Edgware Road, however we are moving in less than 2 months to be closer to Central London. Someone keeps putting The Smith's on the company Spotify playlist... I hate The Smiths.
