- Great Employees and employee Camaraderie - Great perks/benefits (vacation days, off sites, events) - Nice building/office - Strong company culture - Good Location, close to the mall for lunch, accessible by public transportation - Growing/Popular industry

Svantaggi

This place seems to hire/attract young employees/recent college grads. Instead of giving them a decent pay check, they make up for poor pay and retain them with crazy work parties, beer, expensive offsites, and an unprofessional "buddy-buddy" work relationship between manager and employee (imagine your boss getting drunk in front of you at a company party and hungover at work the next day). This place is probably good for social individuals who care more about the social experience as opposed to professional development and career growth. There is hardly any promotion or salary raise for employees who work hard and play less. Too many vacation days leads to more work for those who are currently in the office.

You get to choose your tour and recruit the students you want to bring. The paid chaperone ratio is 6:1, so it is very manageable. The tours are great and the local experts are wonderful.

Svantaggi

Company support is variable. There is high turnover and new consultants are very sales motivated and don't always get the nuances of your school or community group. I have had some WONDERFUL concusltants, but they have always been promoted before I get to work with them again.
