Hello, thank you for giving us a positive review ! Indeed, at ENGIE, you can find many opportunities to grow :) We go along our collaborators to let them evolve within ENGIE :)
The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
