Since it is a fast-paced environment, it can be stressful sometimes.

I've been working with ERM for a little over 6 months, and this company has been an amazing experience for me. Upon graduating college, ERM helped me grow professionally by immersing me in various projects that helped me learn. Looking back at where I started and where I am now, I can see a huge professional improvement. My teammates are some of the best people in the Information Security industry. Everyone holds great integrity, demonstrates honesty, has solid ethics, and are people I can trust. One of the best things is how diversified in knowledge we all are. We all hold interests in different areas of security and technology, and that has helped me learn so much about areas I never looked into before. This ultimately helps us serve our customers better by being more aware and informed about the different technology aspects they may have and utilize in their company. I'm grateful that I had the chance to move here to FL, perform meaningful work everyday, expand my knowledge and experience, work side-by-side with incredibly talented people, and to help achieve our goal by securing our online world. It's all thanks to ERM.
