I was fully allocated in an EY's client during my whole tenure there the last 2 years. The client was bullying at me, yelling, backstabing me (never game me constructive feedback even though i had requested it several times) and blamed me for everything that happened in my projects. The last 2 years there are 4 additional similar cases with mine, in this department where the employees either pushed to resign or fired by the company. I tryied several times to report the bulling behavior of the client but found closed doors and their response was that since the client is paying us, they can ask us everything they want. When the client informed they will no longer need my services, i sent a farewell email thanking everyone about their contributions, reporting the achivements of the team and apologising for any mistake or miscommunication by my side. After that the client vetoed my participation in any kind of projects even a fully external provider and EY left me without any new assignment for 2.5 weeks. In this period i have contacted several EY partners who told me that i have an excellent CV and they referred me to their clients. Then suddenly the HR department called me to announce to me that no one wants to collaborate with me (lies) and that i should resign since i disclosed confidential information in the farewell email. The latter is again an unethical and legally unfounded argument since my lawyer reviewed and assured me that no offence happened. Finally, they pushed me to resign and i left company for something much better both as a workplace and as a business.
