8yThank you for taking the time to comment about your experience at Ebury, it’s very encouraging to see such positive feedback. I agree with your comments about our great atmosphere, it’s something that our staff mention time and time again and that we’re very proud of.
The development that the Company has seen in terms of the services and products we offer has been huge in the past few years, and I’m glad that you recognise the work that we have put into offering a unique and pioneering set of products to our clients. To address your concerns, I would like to point out that we set KPIs that are both challenging and achievable for our Sales staff. Sales is not an easy role, but we believe that these targets enable us to get the best out of our employees, and there are many benefits to take advantage of if you are successful. Although we are facing increased competition in the FX market, it is still growing, so there is continual opportunity for business expansion.
