There is also a top heavy management structure where things get micro managed. There also does not seem to he much expertise in running a company at this level and it shows with a basic HR level, high staff turnover, lack of understanding of internal systems or structures. 4 days in the office requirement, plus beaucratic admin to let them know when you are not in or need extra days.
