On Friday, HR was asking me to fill out the payroll information after a recruitment process that took over a month and a half (I often had to chase down the recruitment, and then the HR teams). The following Monday (4 days before my start date), I got a meeting from my prospective manager and HR saying that "due to restructuring", my role was made redundant. - Since then, radio silence from my prospective manager, team - it seemed like honestly no one cared. - They haven't even sent me the Social Security letter to qualify for unemployment benefits (it's been over a month, and I am now unemployed). They are simply too disorganized to care.
