* Poor product leadership * Seriously poor communication from Enel to the EnerNOC employees they bought over a year ago... still... * Every meeting that's held to convey the "vision" to the employees ends up being an hour of "yay us" fluff with no substance. * There's no BA's to properly document the needed work. * All of the project managers have quit. * Everyone's still unsure of how to deal with the folks from Italy, so they spend most of their time "managing up" rather than trying to drive the company forward...
