Management needs some training - many promotions to a management position make little sense, or are external goobers

The pros are: (1) great company atmosphere; (2) central location - dozens of shops and restaurants nearby in a dynamic neighborhood, bright, sunny offices; may also be an easy commute, depending on where you are coming from; (3) hybrid in-office model; (4) supportive co-workers - everyone wants to help others succeed, very diverse crew; (5) great management style - seems to be uniform, but the right balance of "hands on" and "hands off"; and; (6) AI is a focus area - both in work processes and in product.

The cons are: (1) a bit of siloing, probably not more than typical; (2) a challenging industry with many competitors, challenging for marketing and sales; (3) pay is standard or perhaps slightly less, depending on role.
