We pride ourselves on creating and maintaining a positive environment and a supportive culture. It’s disappointing to read about your views on reward. From employee award lunches each quarter, to holidays, luxury gifts and hampers – we try to offer exciting rewards for everyone. 1. Great perks of working in advanced tech, specifically the AR/VR field. 2. The client company offers a lot of fun activities. 3. I was able to find a sense of belonging within my team.

1. Management lacks clear direction and sound judgment. 2. Micromanagement from leads. 3. Unnecessary drama caused by management. 4. Leadership and management roles lack diversity, with little representation across gender and backgrounds. 5. People are let go without clear reasons, even when directly asked.
