Behind the scenes pressuring of technicians to reduce the quality of the service provided, to turn a higher profit. Technicians with integrity are terminated for providing the service quality described in the client contract instead of cheapening the service with shortcuts, to increase overall profits. I left because I cannot be satisfied with a job that consequences you for doing your job well and honestly.
