They give unrealistic commitments to the clients to get the project signed and impose targets on employees to meet that. 3. Salary is below industry standards, you can even expect 0 hike. 4. You'll be played like a football by the management, in whichever project there is a resource shortfall or need an additional resource you'll be replaced there and they expect you to be productive and master everything from Day-01.
