Very stressful, no appreciation shown for going above and beyond - Recensione dipendente - Accountant presso FIS

Recently all the company's job titles and descriptions were "standardized". We were all demoted a level job title-wise. They said our pay would not be affected but I noticed my paystub says my pay is now based on 44 hours per week. Morale is low. My raise last year was 1.5%.... very disappointing considering all the free overtime I put in and the high level of stress. Oh yes, and the IT help desk is in India, like many other companies. Management says because this is a global company we have to be competitive around the world. What about the U.S?.
