1. Layoffs every month since March 2. Laid off architects as part of cost cutting and never hired back, so the teams were running around like headless chickens 3. No one knew who the HR was because there was no HR 4. Absolutely trashy work. Old practices . Infact no work in many teams cause no clients 5.Management never takes advice 6. Senior managers are rude
