I've Joined 3 months ago, allocated to FIS after one month, and offboarded the next month without being assigned any task. Reason given was “team shrinkage.” This reflects poor planning and unclear requirements from management. Onboarding resources only to release them without work is highly unprofessional and creates unnecessary instability.
