There is no consistency...you can see it throughout the reviews. Your experience will be dependent on your managers ambition to push things through the dreaded corporate ladder. Management is disconnected from their employees and this causes a lack of appreciation and loyalty even to inviduals who put in extra work. Everything is bottom line focused, needed improvements never get implemented, insurance is less than stellar, and you tend to just be a number expected to work hard with no rewards. Management is always bragging ab9ut the success of the company but yet they hand out 2% annual raises, no promotions, and not even anything for Christmas or the holidays.
