Regarding your comments on politics and lack of support, at FIS, we expect everyone who works for and with FIS to act in accordance with our ethics guidelines and respect colleagues, clients, and vendors alike, and to report any allegations of violations to the FIS Ethics team. All employees are encouraged to discuss any job-related concerns with their immediate supervisor or voice them through our regular feedback channels.
Most colleagues are well intentioned, but stretched beyond the max.

After filing for FMLA, my “leader” encouraged me not to involve HR in the future. The whole point of FMLA is job protection. Him making this suggestion, at best, seems highly unethical and potentially illegal.
Some leaders are good with people. Others are more techno sound. The ones that can effectively do both are let go. It makes no sense and the company offers little transparency.
