Employees and their retention are not the current focus and will not be in the near future. It appears the company may be dividing up into part for a potential sale. I would be cautious about considering this a company to lay down roots in, but instead it would be best to use it as a place to gain experience and move on to somewhere more appreciative of your contributions.
