About 95% of our colleagues worked from home for most of 2020 and 2021 with little or no impact on the computing experience. We are now moving to a hybrid work model and deploying technology to support access and collaboration regardless of location. IT SECURITY: Our policies adhere to the principle of least privileged access. Workstation end-points are in place to protect our customers and colleagues, and they are consistently applied across the globe. GLOBAL (INTERNAL) SUPPORT: We measure colleague satisfaction on an ongoing basis and use the results to upskill and train our technicians. As a result, the Global Support team consistently exceeds their ambitious service levels.
