They have no unique IP or thought leadership amongst their ranks -Gary Norcross is a horrible CEO -Executive team are mindless and only there for the paycheck -They destroy the culture of any company they acquire -Everything is micromanaged including your mobile device and trust in their employees is non-existent -Everyone looks morbid in the cubical life -Huge business lines which carry millions in inefficient costs -Its the titanic of corporate companies and cannot steer away from the floating iceburg
