Work life is nonsense despite platitudes to the contrary. Salary increases are terrible and non existent. Have to threaten to quit to get a decent raise. Company has no retention plan for good or up and coming employees. Antiquated technologies with no real investment plans unless major client commits and signs new contract.. Woke company which promotes wrong people into leadership positions based upon gender and race as opposed to merit. Several years of no bonuses to managers which was soul crushing.
