- Many shifts in a year, and mostly bad ones. Acquiring and then to selling Worldpay... - Generally a very unstable company to be in, numerous redundancy since couple of years and 2024/2025's are massive! Too many colleagues being made redundant. - Under communication in many matters (e.g. performance appraisals/year end connect/salary review etc.) ever since the change of CHRO. His assumption of such under communication leads to better managers' proactiveness does not sit right with people. - Quality of employee experience deteriorating over the years. No team building activities at all throughout entire year, no year end party and with change of CHRO, HR is no longer taking in feedbacks. Poor decision!
