Vantaggi
The work culture here was honestly really good if you were hourly, your time was respected but the workload *did* come first.
Svantaggi
Depending on your higher leadership, management/salary employees were treated like crap, no care for your time once you were salaried, and nothing but metrics, goals, and false offers for help were thrown in your face to meet new goals that were ridiculous. When a new year would come around they would take your AVERAGE performance over the last year and make that your DAILY required goal and hammer you repeatedly to hit it. If you didn't your life was made hell with additional reports, action plans, and coachings to hit those goals. It was all a numbers game to them and once salaried you weren't a person anymore.
