*Too much work, not enough pay for the amount of work you do *Bonuses are small *Raises are very small *Management is never appreciative of your work but will tell you the minute you’ve made a mistake *Benefits are contractual, our contract with our current carrier is terrible, they don’t pay for anything and make you jump through a thousand hoops for coverage *Management varies per center *Management doesn’t care about customers

- Insurance benefits are offered to part time employees - Pay is sufficient based on being part time - Management will send some communications regarding big picture matters - There is some leniency regarding calling out of work

Svantaggi

- The requirement to maintain insurance is becoming more difficult - Employees are not paid the same rate simply based on tenor rather than qualifications - Management will rarely, if ever, address direct employee concerns - Leniency for calling out only seems to apply for certain employees - There is no standard of training or written expectations readily available once hired
