Findora is a leader in blockchain privacy and develops complex cryptography called zero knowledge proofs. It’s an ambitious layer-1 project and everyone has the opportunity to learn about all things going on in crypto/DeFi. Findora has a global team (60+) made of mostly engineers and cryptographers - nice offices in Palo Alto and Beijing and well funded.

Blockchain and DeFi are still in its infancy and changes come quickly - working with any crypto project requires flexibility and an entrepreneurial spirit.
