Have a one-on-one session from the HR dept as well. 5. Try retaining the employees as much as possible. 6. Try to get more employees to fill in the gap - A lot of work pressure 7. Don't just look into completing a project, also look into how effective will the team members will be in the next release if they have been put in a extremely difficult work pressure. 8. Fill up the communication gap - Have a process in place in terms of communication between the Managers and their team members. 9. Every team follows their individual process and techniques to complete their project. Why don't they follow one process across the floor to achieve the set goal.
