I've been at Forter for over 5 years and have felt an incredible amount of growth at Forter. I have felt like the company has really invested in my career - allowing me to transition into different roles and areas of interest, investing in courses that I've wanted to take, and allowing me the flexibility to work on projects in and out of my swimlane. The work is challenging, but rewarding. There is a "no ego" policy at Forter that I have always felt. A lack of hierarchy with leadership. You can always get a 1:1 with members of the exec team or senior leadership if you ask. Your opinions are always heard. No idea is too small, no employee is too junior to share them. The culture is the best I've worked at. Everyone is kind and helpful, no competitive energy like other places I've worked.

Growing pains, for sure. It can be hard work and challenging work. The company is making some big shifts that can definitely stretch you out of your comfort zone. Some teams have also gone through management changes of late.
