Onboarding program was beneficial and informative. Employees are knowledgeable and very kind. Building amenities were nice.

It’s a hard place to be a new hire depending on the department you are in. Some managers have extremely high expectations right off the bat and others give you time to ramp up, learn the business and understand strategy and priorities. My impression was it was due to months and months of frustration and trying to operate without a full team due to OneHQ departures, so new hires were expected to pick up extremely quickly. It felt unrealistic and a little unfair at times.
