Regarding internal processes, we are aware that their complexity can sometimes create additional workload. We are continuously working to streamline them and better align them with operational realities, while maintaining the high standards expected on our projects.
Finally, investing in young talent is a strong pillar of our HR policy, which we aim to further develop across our subsidiaries, particularly through training and the integration of young graduate engineers via our Graduate Program.
