This is a review of my experience with GSK when I joined them way back in 2012. This was the very biopharma plant in Singapore. Everybody came from different backgrounds. This was best time to absorb and learn, thanks to the outstanding Team Leadership we were able to go through the startup phase, commissioning phase, validation phase and production phase. What a great team!

The only cons was that the Team was broken up, I wish it stayed intact longer.

Lots of Reorganizations. Constant changing to Ways of Working. Tough to build consistent accelerated projects with continual change in management and software implementations.
