Poor management due to redundancy exercise in 2025. Work so hard in the end the one with poor performance got to stay and the good ones are asked to leave.

Lots of Reorganizations. Constant changing to Ways of Working. Tough to build consistent accelerated projects with continual change in management and software implementations.
