Great company, benefits, tuition reimbursement, great upper management. The company is amazing and has wonderful values and gives their employees incredible perks.

Micromanaged, lack of communication and respect, pushback from direct management when trying to apply for internal roles. The management of Inside Sales is awful. You are treated as if you are a child and while the rest of the departments enjoy work from home days, you are stuck at the office because direct management wants to monitor your every move. (Even though they record every single call) it is required that you record every call in 3 different systems and treat employees as if they are incompetent. The accounts the inside reps are given are absolutely terrible and most of the time you are just wishing you had something to do that way you are not reprimanded. The company is great but do not go into this department, if you are looking for a way to get your foot in the door, I suggest the cafeteria. Anything is better than this I have wasted 2 years of my life and now I'm looking to go to another company after too much pushback.
