Great benefits, great salary- consistent with other pharma companies

Poor management, bonus pay not based on performance and hard to balance numerous tests, trainings and administrative work with sales calls. This is a sales job that requires no selling skills. Employees are treated so poorly by management that it is not worth the salary.
