Some appalling, inexperienced and incompetent managers in roles where they are well out of their depth...non transparent recruitment methods in the disguise of ‘talent management’. Though no one has any idea who is in the talent management pools and what the criteria are. Favouritism and nepotism are rife. Constant restructures and reorganisation.. change in direct with new CEO. Job insecurity. Fewer people to do the same work, but that’s okay because processes will be simplified...not seeing a vast lot of evidence to support that!
