not as stable as it used to be. Lots of reorganization/changes/layoffs in recent years. Lack of consistency with senior leadership team-changing the rules in the middle of the game. GSK is so scared of doing anything out of compliance that sales reps are finding it harder and harder to be able to sell. As of 2011, there will no longer be individual goals or sales achievements
