Many nice people, with most recruited to be a "value" match. Good work to do at a junior level with some interesting brands.

Incredibly tough to advance much internally due to entrenched leaders within many functions. There is a huge disconnect between the "Let's be brave and fast" Consumer Healthcare rhetoric and the fact that the business ultimately remains GSK-branded, meaning decisions are made with a strongly risk-averse Pharma lens... resulting in indecision and delay appearing out of nowhere, despite lots of layoffs in an attempt to make the business faster! Many decisions are made on the basis of "it's possible someone may complain to the CEO". Layers of extra bureaucracy appear as if by magic!
