SDP program is strong and gives a good, foundational training on how to sell. managers can be hit or mess however, there are lots of internal trainings and opportunities to learn from peers.

Svantaggi

Again, managers can be hit or miss and some territories are definitely better than others. There is a lot of favoritism in leadership based on folks that have been there for longer than others or were employees back in the CEB days.

In office mandate increasing in office days from once a month to once a week. Need to live in Florida or Texas because of the in office mandate. Promotions take a while since there are many people going for the same roles. Hard to reach clients and constant territory’s shifting makes it difficult to achieve the numbers you and management expect.
