Peers - genuine great bunch of people who help each other out through the good and the bad times. Great brand in the market, prospects want to meet with Gartner. Beautiful view of Sydney harbour from the office. Work life balance is good if you’ve got a decent Area Manager, if you don’t, you may have none.. luck of the draw!

Attitude from from Senior Management - High flyers prohibited from moving within the business, which results in high turnover of the best performers because they resign as a result of being blocked. Archaic systems and a terrible ‘CRM’, Gartner does not practice what it preaches when it comes to technology at all.

In office mandate increasing in office days from once a month to once a week. Need to live in Florida or Texas because of the in office mandate. Promotions take a while since there are many people going for the same roles. Hard to reach clients and constant territory’s shifting makes it difficult to achieve the numbers you and management expect.
