massive employees turnover in sales SMB. If you inherited a bad territory you are in troubles and there's no way to escalate it. They don't take in count countries with bad economy (same price list for all Euro Countries) and UK price list is actually 30% cheaper and US price list is 50% cheaper. So it's difficult to sell in some territories: such as France, Italy, Spain, Portugal.

Svantaggi

In office mandate increasing in office days from once a month to once a week. Need to live in Florida or Texas because of the in office mandate. Promotions take a while since there are many people going for the same roles. Hard to reach clients and constant territory’s shifting makes it difficult to achieve the numbers you and management expect.
