About everything else. All the other 1 star reviews paint a good picture of a place with layers of useless middle management that had 1-2 successful years and knew what to kiss and when. For a culture of micromanagement and threatening with metrics they don’t actually fire underperformers. Regions can lose millions of dollars during the year without any changes except an increased focus on dials (which didn’t result in anything getting closed). The whole organization is terrible about providing value to current clients and it shows in the retention numbers. Clients also get pissed that they are constantly being sold

Svantaggi

In office mandate increasing in office days from once a month to once a week. Need to live in Florida or Texas because of the in office mandate. Promotions take a while since there are many people going for the same roles. Hard to reach clients and constant territory’s shifting makes it difficult to achieve the numbers you and management expect.
