In the medium term, you'll realize it's more played than real. Gartner is fully authority driven focusing growth, nothing else. With their micromanagement they will make you to follow their cults. You'll find that they don't care about your private life at all and you as an employee. In the long term you will recognize that this job can no longer be sustained for long because the managers are just looking at figures and have neither management nor leadership qualities. At the end, you get a kick and they will treat you like an enemy.
