Great benefits and incentives. There is a certain amount of luck in the territory you're assigned (as with any sales position) but the broad range of product offerings and support do allow you to capitalize on some great rewards. Everyone is accessible & easy to worth with. Plus, the training offered is excellent.

Svantaggi

Sometimes your successes can be overlooked & promotions can be either be one extreme- very easy or a monumental challenge.

Svantaggi

In office mandate increasing in office days from once a month to once a week. Need to live in Florida or Texas because of the in office mandate. Promotions take a while since there are many people going for the same roles. Hard to reach clients and constant territory’s shifting makes it difficult to achieve the numbers you and management expect.
