More management less people to work, all managers will ask separately so lots of status updates. Technical leads are managers and not at all technical guys. Have 4 managers and 2 developers, all will keep asking statuses separately. If you are joining in GDM division of Gartner you will face budget issues in many things (like avoiding application licenses even for IDE Visual Studio and Browser Stack)

Svantaggi

In office mandate increasing in office days from once a month to once a week. Need to live in Florida or Texas because of the in office mandate. Promotions take a while since there are many people going for the same roles. Hard to reach clients and constant territory’s shifting makes it difficult to achieve the numbers you and management expect.
